Called in for coffee at 1615pm. there were only two other adults who had their food and 4 Children in the play area. We waited to be served and eventually ordered 2 coffees. We tried to find a clean table but nearly all were dirty. There was litter on the floor. there were at least 5 staff and they were laughing and fooling around at the front counter. I pointed out we could not find a clean table but no one bothered to rectify this. no one appeared to be making our coffees and after 10 minutes I asked if anyone was going to serve us. After searching for the order we eventually got our coffees. No apologies for the delay only a very sarcastic "have a good day" Needless to say we will not be going there again.
